Activities
At the Growing Tree North children are engaged in Music, Arts & Crafts, Computers, Foreign language lessons. Children can have fun and exercise in our Indoor Gym and Out door Playground. Our outdoor playground and sports field are fully enclosed. The beauty of the setting provides a peaceful background for the children to develop their large motor skills and exercise while they play, climb, swing, run, jump and ride tricycles, in addition, to a fully developed athletic program. We have a large well stocked Science and Nature Room. Science and Nature outdoor activities change along with the seasons as our young paleontologists dig for dinosaur bones in our sand box. We do not go out on field trips, instead our children experience special visitors who come to our school that are related to our monthly curriculum themes. These events include pony rides, pumpkin picking and petting zoo- just to name a few. Children are taught readinginess skills in a fun and creative enviornment.

Summer Program The learning and fun continues through the summer in our summer Program as water play activities are added to our outdoor playground. During inclement weather, the students use our Indoor gym. The children enjoy activities such as crawling through tunnels climbing over bridges, walking on the balance beam, sliding down the slide, bean bag games, basketball, soccer and T-ball.
